Yes, you are welcome to bring spectators, if they could give a donation to Crisis when they arrive that would be great!

Yes, please read our cold water swim tips before attending any of our events, or attempting any cold water swimming.

This event is closed to anyone under the age of 16 years old.

If your children are between the ages of 16-17 years old they are will need your permission to take part and please email swim@crisis.org.uk to express your interest. A parent/guardian will also need to be present on the day.

If your children are over 18 years old they can register online through the links above.

Please let the lifeguard know when you arrive and make sure you jump in at the shallow end of the pool.

There will be refreshments available at all of the organised events.

You can only register one person at a time.

If you would like to take part in the relay, select ‘relay’ on the registration form and enter your team name. Only four people can take part in a relay team. Members will need to sign up individually, selecting the 'relay' option and entering the same team name. If you need to change members of your team around, that is fine, just email us at swim@crisis.org.uk before the event.

If you are signing up as an organisation or large group, please email us and we will be able to help.

You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in as long as it is light weight, so this could be a swim suit or fancy dress. There is usually a lot of people wearing onesies! 

Please make sure that you don't wear anything that will become too heavy to swim in when it gets wet.

There will be a fancy dress competition in Pontypridd so dress to impress!

These will be handed out on the day when you arrive.

If you have signed up to "DIY", your swimming cap and badge will be posted to you.

Please bring a warm set of clothing that you can change back into straight after the swim, and a towel.

Bring some cash for the café for a hot drink, and we will be on site with Crisis goodies and raffles.

You can organise your own swim anywhere, anytime and we'd love to support you.

If you have used an online fundraising page to collect your sponsorship, the money will be automatically sent to Crisis.

You can pay in your money whenever you like after your event. If you’ve received all your money for your Christmas event then you can pay your donations in whenever suits you.
